This is an awesome starter/plenary activity myself and other teachers do in our school. It was first developed with one of our trainee teachers last year. Anyways, it is a fantastic way to have students thinking about forces and resultant force and i thought I should share it after having trialled last year. You start the music, then start the powerpoint. Students (and teacher!) have to jump according to the resultant force showing on the screen !! Enjoy the fun ! :-) The you tube link is the song you should play with the powerpoint https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmt36tvVE_U

This is great fun ! Think this needs to be at the END of the lesson so that I don't have to scrape kids off the ceiling after :-D Thanks for keeping this free !

This is really great! Burn off some excess energy from my hyperactive students at get them to enjoy the lesson, too.
