This is a 2.5 year programme to engage students in and support them through their holistic developing and preparing them for KS4. The programme focuses on the students Character Education. This was designed to be implemented through a tutor programme, as it supports tutors to engage with students to be able to build a stronger relationship through awareness and understanding. It also encourages parental engagement, as was also used in tutor/parents meetings.

It is designed to be achievable for all students, but with a chance of not achieving it to create motivation. That can be amended to the school’s purpose for the programme.
The graduation is designed to conclude at the end of Year 9, with a graduation ceremony and awards trip.
