Reading Achievements
I've found it pretty hard to get lads (and some girls) interested in independent, silent reading. So made these &'achievements&'; in the form of the ones children might play on computer games at home. Each 'achievement&' has a points value, and when they get the achievement you stamp/sign it to say they&';ve got it. Then they can trade in the points for prizes, housepoints, whatever you want!\n\nA lot of fun for the kids and makes the lads really competitive if used properly. It's all in Word format so all of it can be changed and edited accordingly.
