Self-assessment sheet designed to allow children to reflect on their learning during numeracy games set up in the classroom. Five stations were set up around the classroom each with a game regarding place value. After each game, before children moved on, they were asked to fill in the assessment sheet about what they found easy and difficult in the game. Children were asked to be specific in terms of what they could and couldn't do. At the end, children were asked to choose one and come up with next steps.
