Yr 9 is run as a foundation one year course to prepare for GCSE. This booklet covers the first term. Focusing on Food Safety and Food Commodities (eggs). There are also homework tasks written up to hand out that accompany the booklet. The homeworks include an independant study on 'breakfast'. I have included my planning for your reference. The book used to help complete this booklet is WJEC Hospitality & Catering for GCSE.
