Timeline Template (Editable in Google Slides)

Best of all, this resource is available in both printable pdf format as well as a Google Slides editable format. This timeline template allows students to create a timeline with linked information for each event. The timeline page supports 11 events and has the age range of 0 to 17. If you need more events for your timeline, duplicate the slide. Your students are able to click the arrow and point it at the appropriate time. They can also double click the event boxes and write in their description. The template is locked, so your students can’t mistakenly move or delete the background. If you choose to print the PDF, have your students draw the arrows themselves. This resource includes one version with arrows on each event box and one version without any arrows, ready to print.

Use of ICT facilities Policy / Levels of misdemeanour and the associated actions

Use of ICT facilities Policy / Levels of misdemeanour and the associated actions

Hi ICT teachers and Computer Lab supervisors, I have created this Use of ICT facilities Policy for the Computer room / ICT Lab. It includes rules and regulations that need to be followed at all times in the ICT Lab during lessons. This policy is a crucial requirement for promoting effective teaching and learning in the ICT Lab. This is an editable document created in MS Word. You can share it with School Management or print this out to display in a soft-board. This document is a requirement during school / Computer Lab inspection. It should be displayed especially during ICT internal or external examinations Furthermore, in my experience, students should be made completely aware of what they can and cannot do in the ICT Lab. They should also be made aware of Levels of misdemeanour and the associated actions. Sometimes, students unintentionally get involved in activities, which may lead them into trouble or is considered an act of academic dishonesty. This policy is to protect students and teachers using the ICT room, by making them aware of rules and regulations, that need to be followed at all times. I am charging a very nominal price for all the effort and research put in for creating this document. I am sure you will find it useful and introduce it to all students and teachers using the ICT Lab. NOTE: Please make sure to download this resource immediately upon payment. You can send me a private message or contact me on my site for any further FAQs.

Spreadsheet Lesson 3

Spreadsheet Lesson 3

Spreadsheet Lesson 3 (Follow ‘ThornleighSalesianCollege’ to access Aurasma This is a series of worksheets that I have used teaching ICT and Computer Science throughout KS3 and GCSE ICT. This worksheet shows how Aurasma can ‘do the teaching for you’. All I do is produce the video and students work through it at their own pace. Please note that the ‘follow’ is the account that we use within school - every department uses the same account, therefore the students only have to ‘follow’ one channel and the triggers will automatically be picked up.

Spreadsheet Lesson 2 (Follow ‘ThornleighSalesianCollege’ to access Aurasma This is a series of worksheets that I have used teaching ICT and Computer Science throughout KS3 and GCSE ICT. You will note in this resource, the progression in instruction type and range of differentiated video resources - the trick to this working is educating the students on how to get the most appropriate resource for them... hence the range and differentiation. Please note that the ‘follow’ is the account that we use within school - every department uses the same account, therefore the students only have to ‘follow’ one channel and the triggers will automatically be picked up.
