A Treasure Chest Treasure Chest

A Treasure Chest Treasure Chest

Linked to my Pirates Galore! resources, but by no means reliant on them, is a set of lesson plans based on the central idea of Treasure Chest. There's scope for writing, maths, science, art and music - it is all here! The lesson plans are designed to be picked up and used straightaway in the classroom, with little preparation beforehand, so are ideal for those last minute lessons or for busy times of year. They are creative and fun, and will really engage children in learning. These lessons have been taught before, so are tried and tested in the classroom - and WORK! Workable with the National Curriculum and the EYFS, they have a good balance of teacher led and child led activities, play based and formal activities. Worksheets are included where applicable, but paper or workbooks can be used as alternatives, to fit in with individual school policies.

Speaking+Listening - students to discuss favourite adverts and give reasons. Students can then design their own Christmas advert. Please leave a review to let me know whether you have found this resource useful :-)
