A free sample of an upcoming workbook from katelanguages.co.uk! Using the specification papers, I have created role-plays for the theme of Me, my family and friends, for foundation and higher tiers. For each tier, there is a student card, a teacher's card and possible answers (a 'script' of the role-play in full). Please have a look and leave feedback so I can adapt the rest of the workbook to what is useful to teachers and students alike!

Use the PPT to introduce family members in German. Print and copy the family tree from the presentation, so pupils can follow and make notes. Pupils then use the clues (e.g. my dad's brother) to identify the family member.
