This is a PowerPoint to support a Year 7 Macaroni and Cheese demonstration lesson. It covers the ingredients, skills and method of making to support alongside your demonstration. It also covers different types of pasta, providing visuals and pronunciation. There is also a Word document to test their knowledge of roux sauces and macaroni cheese making at the end.
