An innovative and exciting way of learning geometry through visualization and interaction. CleverBooks app that is easily launched on a tablet or mobile phone (based on Android or Apple) through a collection of flash cards/ printouts. The program features 3D models with Augmented Reality for main geometric shapes. Children can directly interact with the shapes and this aims to improve their spatial visualization. The”Puzzle Picks : Rules” secure eBook series is intended as a means to help develop mathematical thinking through problem solving. This puzzle is intended to be used as an introduction to vectors as a depth and challenge extension to plotting coordinates, but can also be used for revision purposes or as an end of term activity. There are three worksheets. The first contains 60 coordinates to plot and form a picture. The second introduces points written in vector component form, to plot and form a picture. The third requires vectors to be drawn. The solution , which is the same picture in each case, is provided. The sheets can also be used as a starting point for asking "what if" questions, prompting discussion about vectors.
