      Early Years Planner

      Early Years Planner

So we all have so much to remember in a week, meetings, messages to/from parents, children to observe, people we need to speak to - like when we need a letter creating for the following week, EHATs, appointments with outside agencies - SALT, etc and lets face it there is always at least one thing that we forget. Or at least I seem to, I have dyslexia and need to write everything down, only i lose the paper I write it on. So after searching for an Early Years planner for the last three years and failing to find one that caters for all of the hustle and bustle of the week I have created my own. It has space to plan provision, weekly activities, phonics and those all important things mentioned above as well as notes pages and checklists. Never forget a thing with this weekly planner that can be printed double sided....and to make it even better it has a child friendly border that you can colour...if you are like me you like to doodle A LOT! Enjoy the planner and I hope it keeps you on track and up to date to make this academic year easier and all together in one place.

Student Friendly Weekly Behavior Tracker Form

Student Friendly Weekly Behavior Tracker Form

This tracking form reflects the traditional color system behavior system. It mimics the stoplight system of Red, Yellow, and Green do signify obvious behavior representations. Students will color in their color each day and then check the box that reflects the reason for their behavior. Students will either check they had a great day or can check one of the pre-listed options of components such as needs to work on staying focused, showing respect, etc. There is a signature line at the bottom of each day (already set up for the week) in which parents can be accountable for daily behaviors. This serves as excellent documentation and tracking for interventions and response to misbehaviors as well as rewards for positive behaviors (PBIS).

      Assessment against initial baseline

      Assessment against initial baseline

This resource is to assess students with an Education, Care and Health Plan (EHCP) that can be used year on year to assess students against their initial baseline assessment. This resource would work well with Baseline Assessment for new students (https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/baseline-assessment-summary-sheet-11675225?theme=1). This resource will help evidence progress students, particularly those with SEND needs, make year on year- always useful for Ofsted, LEA and parents.
