This IS A BUNDLE OF ALL MY Math Centre activities involves counting, recognising words, tally marks dice patterns etc and numerals 11 to 20. The child can count the things in the picture, but soon they recognise the patterns. They can also learn to read the pattern and associate it with a number.
36 squares (approx 8.5 cm square) with a image at the top, and a choice of 3 numbers underneath.
The task could be to clip a peg on the correct numeral; but you could also mark with counters, magnetic or foam numbers, drawing a circle etc.
Also use as a whole sheet activity, and ask children to circle or mark the correct answer.
Cut and laminate the squares.
Great, easy to use Math Centre Activity because the kids are using fine motors skills and can complete independently.
The sets of cards have dice patterns, fingers counts, sheep, ants, tally marks, blocks, 10 frames, words, so having more than one set allows students to become familiar and play matching games.
I also have these as individual items if you don't want the lot.
