(Animal Agriculture) Antibiotics - Graphic and Student Guide

Antibiotic resistance is an increasing concern. This large printable graphic from the Animal Agriculture Alliance is an excellent way to have student learn some basics of antibiotics in animal agriculture. The informational graphic focuses on: Treat, Control, Prevent Antibiotics used by humans vs those used by animals Meat quality and antibiotic presence FDA regulations to decrease the use of antibiotics The guide is a 3 page long PDF. I’ve included the info graphic hyperlinked into the title, as well as included it as a color PDF for printing. There is a page of reflective questions the require students to use the info-graphic as a research tool. At the end the students have an essay question in which they must design a health plan for a large animal production farm.
