Math Around the World Word Problem Task Cards
Math Around the World has twenty geography themed multi-step word problems with a focus on addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Four of the task cards deal with measurements so two versions are provided; imperial and metric.
Each task card references a city and or country which the student locates on the included answer sheet after solving the problem.
An A4 size world map is included in the packet.
An answer sheet without the world map is also included should you prefer to simplify the expectation.

How to Write a Personal Narrative
A step by step, scaffolded approach to teaching your students how to write a three paragraph personal narrative with; beginning (problem), middle, end (solution and transformation).

The Lemonade War Vocabulary Workbook
The Lemonade War Vocabulary Workbook is a vocabulary based novel study supplement to the book by Jacqueline Davies.
It focuses on five vocabulary words per chapter for a total of seventy words for the entire novel. A master vocabulary list is included.
There are fourteen uniquely designed vocabulary worksheets.
To complete the vocabulary activities students find the quote in the story that uses the word and note the page number, then they practice their dictionary skills to find the meaning. They have to use context to determine the part of speech of the vocabulary words. Finally they either write an appropriate definition or a sentence using the word.
A blank vocabulary activity sheet (editable pdf) is also included so the teacher can add other words they choose.
The workbook has four challenging puzzle activities to help students review the vocabulary words. These are great pair work activities.The puzzles include;

Writing Prompt Pictures (People)
Picture writing prompts are a great way to spark students' creativity.
This set includes twenty pictures of people in various settings (four per A4 sheet) that can be printed, cut and laminated for use in your writing workshop or in a center.
There are two versions of each picture; one with "starter questions" on the back of the prompt to get students going. The other with a "starter sentence" written on the front of the prompt. Chose (or allow students to choose) which is best for them.
A matching set of twenty loose leaf notebook paper style publishing papers with a black and white version of each visual writing prompt is also included.
