This is my favorite unit to teach aS it is filled with practical activities, especially in the biomechanics section. I have tried to make the lessons as practical as possible. These files will give you 10 to 11 double (80 minutes) lessons, depending on whether you intend to spend a whole lesson on the conservation of angular momentum gymnastics practical. The pictures on the PowerPoints are from Google Images, and are not my own. Replace them with your own if this offends you! :-)
