Brain Gym Starter Activity

Brain Gym Starter Activity

Brain Gym Starter Activity There was another Powerpoint file uploaded on here with their interpretation and presentation of how the brain works. This is my reply to that powerpoint with some other type of Brain Gym which I use with my students. Another name for these what you will see in the Powerpoint is Dingbats which is a great game! I use this as a way of grabbing learners at the start of a lesson and then move straight on to the lesson work (with no pause / gap). Also they can be used as a team exercise / game or by means of a reward. They can be rather addictive. Students love them. Just remember to use the catchphrase Say what you see! Hope you enjoy. If you need answers then post the ones you are not sure about on here and the forum or myself will send you a reply. Please rate and review. Thanks

HOW TO COPE WITH SCHOOL CONFLICT USING RESTORATIVE JUSTICE

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR TEACHERS TO READ ON HOW TO APPLY RESTORATIVE JUSTICE IN DEALING WITH INDISPLINE IN SCHOOLS The practice of restorative justice is a vehicle that offers hope to those affected by violent and aggressive acts. Hope for a different tomorrow is what brings participants together to talk through how these acts have affected them. Is it possible to incorporate both compassion and accountability in the sanctions we impose when dealing with school violence?
