This bundle was created for Lower ability Year 10 students to complete an Intervention day on the following topics : Area and Circumference of a Circle ( and apply to questions) , Mean from a frequency table , Fractions ( all operations) and Solving Equations ( 1 step , 2 step and expanding brackets). This is a complete Intervention resource and you will not have to plan anything extra to add to these resources. (Easy summer planning!! ) This Bundle contains: 1) Pre - Test - This is for students to complete straight away before intervention, then re-try at the end of intervention to show progress. 2) PowerPoint pretension (teachers) - containing animated examples, practice questions and answers. 3) PowerPoint presentation (students) - To be printed for students to follow the teacher powerpoint, spaces for students to fill in notes etc. 4) PowerPoint presentation (Answers) - Answer booklet to be printed and for students to use to mark and correct answers. Great to set pre-test for summer homework and then use resources to fill in any gaps in knowledge. Would also work for a series of intervention sessions with a topic a week and 2 lessons for pre-test and end test. Worked really well with the lower end students and all felt they had achieved something as they could now do more than when they started.
