E-Safety Real life vs Online Primary School Assembly

E-Safety Real life vs Online Primary School Assembly

A role play of different scenarios that are the same in real life as they are online. Will the children react differently when they are online to real life? Should we actually be behaving in exactly the same way online as we do in real life? A thought provoking assembly that really hit home with the children.

E-Safety Presentation (Primary Parents)

E-Safety Presentation (Primary Parents)

A presentation that covers multiple areas for parents. On the PPT there are notes for the speaker so this can literally be purchased and taken into a presentation (with a bit of practice!). The topics covered are: > General E-Safety > Hot topics at the moment > Best practice at home > What we should/shouldn't know > How to talk with children about e-safety > What we, as schools, are doing to help the children There is also an option for a Kahoot Quiz for the parents to do - link for this is in the word document.

Parents Internet Safety Newsletter & Pupil Contract (Primary E-Safety)

Parents Internet Safety Newsletter & Pupil Contract (Primary E-Safety)

These resources are ideal for school E-safety Officers, computer science co-ordinators or primary class teachers, as they help to establish some basic e-safety guidelines and to create communication between home and school. 1. The newsletter is designed to be sent to parents of primary (KS1 & KS2) children, laying out advice for parents and explaining what the school aims to achieve in the area of online security. It has been written generically enough to be used by any school, but an editable Word version is also included. 2. The pupil contract sets out an agreement of important internet safety rules and expectations to be followed in school. It also has space for a signature from the child and from the parents. Again, this has been written in a broad manner to suit most primary schools, but an editable Word version is also included. Please see the Goldtopfox shop for plenty more e-safety resources: https://www.tes.com/resources/search/?authorId=20240864&q=internet%20safety&shop=goldtopfox
