The boy clothing flash cards include: belt, blazer, boots, cap, cardigan, coat, gloves, hat, hoody, jacket, jeans, jumper, polo shirt, poncho, pyjamas, sandals, scarf, shirt, shoes, shorts, slippers, socks, swimmigs shorts, tie, tracksuit, trainers, trousers, t-shirt, vest, winter hat. The girl clothing flash cards include: belt, blazer, blouse, cap, cardigan, coat, dress, gloves, hat, hoody, jacket, jeans, jumper, polo shirt, poncho, pyjamas, sandals, scarf, shirt, shoes, shorts, skirt, slippers, socks, swimmigs costume, tracksuit, trainers, t-shirt, vest, winter hat. The file contains 30 boys clothing cards and 30 girls clothing cards. The pages must be printed, laminated and cut out. Use Velcro on the back side for pecs purpose. You`ll get 2 sets of cards- one icluding picture names in border bottom and the second one including them in border top. The cards can be used as pecs cards, or flash cards for matching activities while learning boys and girls clothing. It is also good for spelling and reading activities for small children as well as for kids with autism and special needs.

Emotional intelligence - Can you Build a Monster?

This game looks at 16 different emotions including the basics of of happy, sad, angry, scared, surprised and disgusted. It is ideal for children from about 5 years old. My recommendation is that it is played with one or two children due to the space needed. Children take it in turns to throw a die and move that number of spaces on the base board. They will either land on a head, tummy or bottom. They take one of those cards and name the emotion. If it is a head they are seeing the facial expression. If it is a tummy they are seeing what someone might say who is feeling that emotion and if it is a bottom they are seeing the emotion word. The idea of the game is to build a complete monster.

Includes three sets of five sheets. Each sheet includes basic shapes used to form letters. Children can trace a path for Wendy Witch by following the lines as closely as possible. Use a blue coloured crayon/pencil for the first baseline assessment. Repeat the activity several weeks later with a different colour and then again a few weeks after for a final assessment. Provides easy monitoring of children’s fine motor skills for basic letter formation and evidence of progress. All vocabulary is defined immediately in context so students build confidence in the information. Pages are light and airy with lots of bullet-points and pictures, and are set with a tone that is friendly, yet respects the sensibilities of this age group. Every book contains an answer key and Parent Letter explaining what transition skills you are addressing along with suggestions for parent follow-up at home in compliance with federal mandates. Lessons can easily be used in a “buy today/use today” fashion with no training and little preparation. Or, if you are a newer teacher or new to special education, the DAILY LIVING SKILLS TEACHERS MANUAL gives information on classroom organization and program set-up along with Indicator 13 support and a variety of written ITP goals for each workbook. Sense or no sense

LO: To re-read a sentence if it doesn’t make sense. A selection of sentences. Some have mistakes and so do not make sense. Student is to read each sentence and decide if it makes sense or not, then re-write it in a way that makes sense. I made this for SEN students working at entry level functional skills. Encourages thinking about the full sentence and how the parts work together as well as careful reading.
