What is Tokyo like?

This lesson is part of my Asia SOLAP focusing on Japan. This lesson was an observation lesson- so therefore took many hours of planning! It includes: - Stopwatch starter to recall prior learning about Japan - Who I am? Identify the city of Tokyo - Map work - Question: Describe what the city of Tokyo is like. - Main activity: based upon improving the pupil's exam answer by modelling sources (population, climate graph and problems of Tokyo) which they need to interpret in order to add to their answer in a different colour pen to show progress. - Peer assessment using a comment bank - Opinion line review All resources necessary are attached.
