Algebra: Differentiation 3 (Calculus) - 2nd Differential

Algebra: Differentiation 3 (Calculus) - 2nd Differential

This is the 3rd lesson of a series on differentiation and looks at differentiating twice. Looking at why and how and its applications. This lesson comes with a starter, plenary, some excellent clear teaching slides and teaching. I have included some exam questions that will test everything that the pupils have learnt at the stage. NOTE: Feel free to browse my shop for more excellent free and premium resources and as always please rate and feedback, thanks.

Algebra: Differentiation 2 (Calculus) - Applications

Algebra: Differentiation 2 (Calculus) - Applications

This is the second lesson that builds on my first lesson introducing the topic of differentiation. It builds on the first lesson by looking at slightly more tricky examples of differentiation and how to re-arrange indices in particular. It then looks at applications of differentiation in terms of finding the gradient of curves. The lesson comes with a starter, lots of teaching examples, notation explanations, answers and plenary. It also includes some excellent exam practise to help pupils practise directly the style they will have to face as well as a jargon busting sheet to help them with marking. This lesson does come part of an excellent sequence of lessons on calculus and I highly recommend buying them as a bundle and each lesson fit in a planned sequence. NOTE: Feel free to browse my shop for more excellent free and premium resources and as always please rate and feedback, thanks.

Algebra: Differentiation 1 (Calculus) - Introduction & Basics (+ worksheet)

Algebra: Differentiation 1 (Calculus) - Introduction & Basics (+ worksheet)

This is my first A-Level lesson introducing what differentiation is and basic methods. This like all of my introductory lessons is very thorough and has plenty of material, examples, questions for testing understanding, learning objectives etc... It comes with an additional worksheet with answers incorporated. This is an excellent first lesson introducing differentiation and comes as a calculus bundle of lessons and I recommend buying them as a series as the lesson do flow from one to another. NOTE: Feel free to browse my shop for more excellent free and premium resources as always please rate and feedback, thanks.

IAL C34 Specimen Paper - without space

IAL C34 Specimen Paper - without space

This is the IAL C34 Specimen Question Paper (free sample). Only questions appear in the document without any written space. I have written the paper using LaTeX ( a high quality typesetting document preparation system) and compiled to get the PDF output. Teachers and tutors can now easily save paper and print the question paper for exam practice and revision purposes of their students. The omission of writing space is a huge advantage in saving ink and paper, because original papers comes with a lot of empty space for the answer. The LaTeX written paper have all the math beautifully formatted and typeset even to the minor details. The question paper comes with a cover page for reference. Teachers can opt out this page if necessary when giving for print. Mark scheme is attached. NB: Here is a link to my store @TpT: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Smart-A-Level-Math
