Each partner has a sheet with the name of 7 people and the pictures of 7 pieces of furniture. First, each student draws lines connecting 1 piece of furniture to 1 person. Partners then take turns asking questions ("C'est à qui?") to determine who each item belongs to.

This is an all-class activity. 5 students go to the front of class. There are 5 different pages hanging on the board. Each page has a name, a room and 3 pictures of furniture in the room. This activity uses a total of 5 rooms and 6 pieces of furniture. Students at seats take turns asking questions with yes/no answers to deduce which student has which name.

Places Twins speaking activity

Each student gets a slip of paper with the picture of 5 places on it. There are 16 sets of twins. Students mingle, trying to find their twin (the only other person who has the same 5 pictures, but in a different order). Students are to converse in the target language to find their twin. Different verbs, tenses, or structures may be used to adapt for different classes. May be used for any language.
