The second task is complete with a resource pack, which does require you to input your own case study or students to research their own case study. The resource pack comes complete with a template for LAD to ensure students cover all criteria to meet the course requirements.

I made an assessment grid for practical skills a few years ago. This is my attempt at tracking progress in Food theory based round some of the new GCSE specs. I have left the old 'levels' columns for rough reference but as every school has a different KS3 assessment policy please feel free to modify to fit in with your you call them. Works well for student self and peer assessment but also can be shared with parents.
I have based it on the areas that work and line up with what I want to see in KS4 but again if there are any you think are not useful please adapt. I have gone for:
